A cool $10 million is up for grabs in tonight’s live Lotto draw, with players hoping to strike it lucky after Wednesday’s jackpot went unclaimed.

Tonight’s winning numbers are 28, 9, 30, 6, 32 and 27. The Bonus Ball is 36 and the Powerball is 9.

On Wednesday, the $5 million Powerball went unclaimed, rolling over to tonight’s draw and boosting the stakes again.

One lucky player took home $28.6m after winning Powerball and three shares of Lotto first division on June 3.

The winning ticket was sold in the mid Canterbury town of Ashburton, putting it at the centre of one of the country’s biggest lottery wins this year.

What to do if you win

Ticket holders can immediately see if they have won if they purchased a ticket through the MyLotto app. Prizes of $1000 or less are automatically credited to the account.

For prizes exceeding $1000, winners must complete an online prize claim form.

Winners with physical tickets must still visit a Lotto retailer to claim their prize.

For the Powerball jackpot to be claimed, a ticket holder must get all six Lotto numbers correct as well as the added Powerball number.
