Pack a couple of these delicious treats when you need an energy boost while you’re out and about.
We used crunchy little soy protein crisps but you could also use puffed quinoa, although this will reduce the protein content and increase the carb content of the fuel balls.

¼ cup sultanas
180g dark chocolate, melted
Method
- Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup and salt in a medium pot and heat gently to melt together.

- Form into balls and place on a lined baking tray. Freeze for 30 minutes until set.
- Coat the balls with the melted chocolate. Chill until firm and store in the fridge.
